We are seeking an independent, motivated, flexible, individual with strong recruiting and leadership skills, and excellent customer service. A strong background in the light industrial staffing industry is a huge plus! This position is onsite at a major manufacturing plant in Charleston, WV representing Partners Personnel.

If you live in or near Charleston, WV, we offer:

• Up to $55,000 annually, depending on experience
• KPI driven bonuses

• Shift: Typically work week is Monday - Friday with the possibility of Saturdays - Hours must be flexible to cover all three shifts

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• High volume light industrial recruiting experience,
• Oversee up to a 120-130 associates,
• Daily reports management,
• Managing KPIs,
• Weekly time clock and attendance management,
• Daily walk-throughs,
• Working with supervisors/managers to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments,
• Troubleshooting associate needs,
• Attending meetings with management.

What we need from you:

• Recruiting experience (required)
• High volume, light industrial staffing/recruiting experience is a huge plus.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Supervisory experience
• Ability to drive and meet KPIs
• Strong Microsoft office skills
• Experience with time and attendance management
• Bilingual Spanish and English is preferred
• Understand this is NOT a remote position
